Your generous support of River Fields allows us to pursue many different projects that achieve diverse benefits for our community. Here are a few ways that your donation tonight can help us accomplish our mission: (These are examples of what could be done with these levels)

$20,000 Will pay almost half the salary for an employee!

$15,000 Would pay for a required, complex survey of 140-acre woods with countless trees in the current conservation project in southwest Jefferson County!

$10,000 Pays for nine months of stewardship at Garvin Brown Preserve which supports thousands of visits annually!

$5,000 Pays for a lawyer to represent River Fields in important planning and zoning cases

$2,500 Pays for a required baseline report to do a new conservation easement

$1,000 Pays for the removal of one diseased or damaged tree at one of our properties

$500 Funds a trained naturalist to provide an educational experience for families and children at Wolf Pen Branch Mill Farm

$250 Can be used to support flood clean up at one of our properties

$100 Supports a staff member’s attendance at critical advocacy meetings such at pertinent Planning Commission meetings.
